Establishment of Subsidiary
Company Announcement
We are pleased to announce the establishment of FEC International & Co Ltd a subsidiary of FEC International Ltd.
The subsidiary is based in Cyprus, operating from the company’s head offices, and will be handling all ongoing and future projects dealt through Cyprus.
Armen Ayvazian CEng, Partner in FEC International & Co Ltd, has been appointed the company’s manager.
