Masoud is a Director and founding Partner of FEC International & Partner Ltd. in Saudi Arabia. It is through his initiative and efforts that that FEC International became the first fire engineering consultancy to be officially licensed in the Kingdom by the Saudi Council of Engineers—a milestone that marked a turning point for the industry.

Masoud’s collaboration with FEC International dates back to 2006, during which he played a key role in promoting the company’s presence and reputation within the Kingdom. He is a Professional Engineer accredited by the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
