Masoud is a Director and founding Partner of FEC International & Partner Ltd. in KSA.

It is through his initiative and efforts that FEC International successfully registered the Saudi company, the first fire engineering consultancy to be granted a license in KSA through the Saudi Council of Engineers.

FEC International working relationship with Masoud goes back to 2006 where he was active in promoting the company within the kingdom.

Masoud is a Professional Engineer accredited by SCE.
