Antranic has been a member of the board of directors since 2002.
He is a chartered accountant with over 40 years regional & international experience as an independent auditor, CFO and financial manager to companies in Cyprus and the Middle East. He is an advisor to the BOD directors and shareholders of the group in matters relating to finance, audit and tax.
