With over 19 years of regional and international experience, he leads the technical delivery of FEC’s projects across the Kingdom.

Costas has managed and provided fire engineering services on more than 400 projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of client satisfaction.

He is a Professional Engineer (PE) accredited by the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE), holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering, an MSc in Occupational Safety & Health, and has earned multiple certifications from the NFPA.
